THIS IS ONE-YEAR INITIAL AGREEMENT WITH A MONTH TO MONTH CONTINUANCE AND MAY BE TERMINATED AS SET FORTH HEREIN The Member agrees to the membership plan indicated above, and is responsible for payment of all associated dues and charges. This agreement is to remain in effect until The company has received written notice from the Member of its termination.

Dues Discounts: A 10% discount is applied to all member dues if paid annually (discount does not apply to application fees or Business and Non-Resident memberships).

Student Membership: Must be a full-time student in a post-secondary program (12+ credits per semester).

Food and Beverage Minimum
‍You are responsible for a quarterly food and beverage minimum of $150 in addition to any other fees incurred. If I do not meet the required amount, any unused quarterly food and beverage is charged at the end of the quarter. Minimums are subject to the best calendar to be accumulated. The quarters are January – March, April – June, July to September, October – December.

Co-members are not officially accepted as members until full acceptance of their Membership Contract.
