Winter Yoga Schedule
MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY MORNINGS 9:00 AM
This Vinyasa-style yoga class blends breath, yoga postures and strength training to increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular capacity and strengthen both major and minor muscle groups for a complete mind and body workout that is both challenging and gentle.
TUESDAY EVENING ZOOM FLOW 5:30 PM
Join us from anywhere this winter via Zoom! This evening Slow Flow Yoga practice focuses on slower movement and longer holds to allow time to explore poses and what is possible when we slow down.
This winter series incorporates poses designed to stimulate the nervous and digestive systems while working on flexibility, strength, and balance coordinated with breath.
SATURDAY MORNING FLOW 10:30AM
Rise and shine with this mid-morning class designed to increase mental clarity with Sun A Salutations. Sun Salutation A is perfect for opening up our energy channels each morning to get the energy (prana) flowing after a night of rest.
A faster flow class and great mini workout to improve mood and balance.
ACCESS: Vaccinated members and guests
LOCATION: Classes are taught by professional SPAC group fitness instructors and are held in the lower-level Group Fitness Studio.
