The history of wine is one of the great stories of civilization, and in this new class, we'll take you on a journey from 6000 BC to today while tasting a range of wines that will bring shape to the story.

We will discuss the history of fermentation, grape development, regional focus, wine politics, vines transportation, technology impact, and much more while we taste some spectacular and intriguing wines.
