Who says you have to plan your own workout?

Let the energy of a group fitness class—and the motivation of an expert instructor—take you to the next level! Group fitness classes are included free of charge to Executive members of both the University Club and Saint Paul Athletic Club. Classes are taught by professional SPAC group fitness instructors and are held in the Group Fitness Studio.

Group fitness classes with certified instructors are offered year-round.  For this month's group fitness schedule, 

Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga flow style takes you through sun salutation series and works on flexibility, strength, power and balance coordinated with breath.

Power Yoga

This Vinyasa-style yoga class blends breath, yoga postures and strength training to increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular capacity and strengthen both major and minor muscle groups for a complete mind and body workout that is both challenging and gentle. Light weights are optional throughout class as we move through certain postures to further challenge yogis and increase strength. All levels welcome.
